O Paramount Luxury Homes será construído próximo da Simpson Bay Lagoon, em Sint Maarten, Caribe, sendo a Galeria 733 responsável pelos interiores, design de fachadas e concepção das áreas abertas. O complexo é composto por apartamentos e coberturas de diversos tamanhos, bem como por uma residência principal de alto padrão, a “Main Villa”, no topo da encosta onde será implantado o empreendimento. A incorporação de elementos tropicais, sobretudo nas áreas externas e interiores, é um dos traços distintivos do projeto.

Paramount Luxury Homes will be built near Simpson Bay Lagoon in Sint Maarten, Caribbean, with Galeria 733 being responsible for interiors, façade design and open area design. The complex consists of apartments and penthouses of different sizes, as well as a high-end main residence, the Main Villa, at the top of the hill where the development will be implemented. The incorporation of tropical elements, especially in the external and internal areas, is one of the distinctive features of the project.
