Conceptual design for a building with multiple functions to be located on the coast of Rio Grande do Sul, conceived as a curved and sinuous architecture that dialogues with the landscape and its surroundings.

The building has been strategically positioned to offer 360-degree panoramic views that make the most of the natural exuberance of the coastal region. The project combines formal audacity with technical and aesthetic rigor, in addition to principles of sustainability, functionality and structural rationality.
