TUPINAMBÁ BUILDING

This is a preliminary study of the façade of a residential building located in the central region of Capão da Canoa. The architectural proposal emphasizes the volume of the main tower, deliberately set apart from the basement intended for the garages, giving the complex a visual lightness and formal hierarchy.

The design adopts a sober and rational aesthetic, with clean geometry and balanced proportions, characteristics that reflect a high standard of contemporary architecture, without resorting to excessive ornamental elements.

The careful selection of materials — with emphasis on high-performance technological solutions — guarantees durability and resistance to the climatic conditions of the coastal environment, also ensuring aesthetic quality and low maintenance rates.
