MARCON HOUSE

Project nominated for the 2019 Building of the Year Awards by Archdaily, it is a house finished in exposed brick and exposed concrete, located on the lakefront of a residential community. The internal spaces were designed with a view to the right balance between rusticity and sophistication; in short, a beach house, evidently contemporary.
