ILHAS HOUSE

Casa Ilhas is located in a residential condominium in Eldorado do Sul, RS, and Galeria 733 was responsible for the interior design, landscaping, and the executive coordination of the construction work. The projects were developed with the aim of ensuring technical efficiency and quality of execution—especially in the interfaces between architecture, infrastructure, and finishes.

One of the priorities was to extend the natural elements that constitute the facades— such as concrete, wood, and stone— to the interiors, thus creating a material continuity that reinforces its architectural identity.

Through Galeria 733's Project Management service, around 20 teams were coordinated, each responsible for specific stages of the construction work. This technical monitoring made it possible to organize schedules, review deliverables, guide teams, and properly guide the owners throughout the process, so that each phase remained aligned with the architectural concept and the intended quality standard.
