Project that unites the tradition of modern architecture with high technology. The composition is divided into base, body and crown. The base, more transparent, accommodates the social and services part. The body, solid piano nobile, the intimate; and the crowning, sinuous hollow skin, the technique. The brise soleil, as well as the vegetation, are elements that give a certain Brazilian character to the project; the ACM panels and the Uglass, the materials that distinguish it as a contemporary residence.
