BLUE HOUSE

The Casa Blue project contemplates the maximum use of the land without loss of architectural quality. The base, either recessive or expanded, is shaped to fit the functional demands of the carport, the service area and the porch. On the upper floor, a regular prism accommodates four suites and an intimate room, all comfortably lit and ventilated. The volume and façades present a compositional rigor that is expressed in essential elements, not attached: a fair agreement between constructive technique and architectural aesthetics.
