The interior design of this penthouse was oriented towards valuing the double height space, as well as optimizing the functionality of the spaces. As this is a building under construction, some alterations were made to the plan and new architectural elements were planned, such as the brise-soleil and a sculptural helical staircase. The furniture was designed and specified to contrast neutral elements with designer furniture; and the cladding, specified in view of the concept of honesty of materials, seeking their appropriate use in relation to the requirements of functionality, maintenance and aesthetics.
